THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, self-regulation, self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

My approach is integrative; I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients, drawing from evidence-based practices to support healing in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and safe.

I often use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help build practical tools for navigating challenges like boundaries, anxious thoughts, and self-criticism. CBT also offers valuable insight into how our thinking and behavioural patterns develop over time. When it feels helpful to explore more deeply, I incorporate attachment theory to understand how early relationships may still shape emotional responses and current relational dynamics. This layered approach allows us to address both the present and the deeper patterns beneath it—with compassion and clarity.

OUTSIDE OF
SESSION
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me cooking, reading, painting, playing piano, or wandering through antique shops. I’m always on the lookout for new dog-friendly places to explore with my two pups, Nala and Simba. They have taught me more about regulation and attunement than most textbooks. They both experience anxiety and remind me daily of the importance of patience, slow introductions, and gentleness.. These quieter moments help ground me—and they reflect the same presence and curiosity I bring into my work with clients.
