Whether you have been to therapy before, or this is your first time, it can be an overwhelming process. We seek support for a variety reasons, such as life transitions, processing trauma, building self-esteem, anxiety, depression...the list goes on. Although our reasons may be very different, we all essentially want to feel supported and cared for; that is a fairly universal need. My goal is to help you feel empowered, safe to share and explore, and help you take an active role in improving your mental health. ​​
